JoAnn worked extremely hard to sell our home, from showing it continuously to making a brochure and video. Needless to say, it sold immediately. So then the search was on to find the perfect new home. JoAnn showed everything we wanted to see, and other homes that she thought would work for us. JoAnn took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted in a home. She never tired of showing us home after home, as some realtors had. She understood our need to shop for the perfect home, and with that in mind she showed us the house that soon became our new home.
