About Paul

Paul Minor is excited to be a broker at Home Town Real Estate of Canon City. He grew up in The City Beautiful and loves the Southern Colorado Region. Paul is grateful to learn about Real Estate from his mentor and aunt – JoAnn Grenard.

On finishing his Masters Degree – Paul and his wife, Zoey, moved back to Canon City from New York to start their family. Paul is passionate about helping people find the right home in Fremont County and prides himself on his local knowledge. Paul takes creative problem solving seriously and has a ‘client first’ attitude. He is tech savvy and an effective communicator.

He enjoys riding his bicycle to the many scenic locations around Fremont County. In his spare time – Paul enjoys working on home projects, gardening, making art and spending time with his wife, family, friends and two dogs (Blue and Pooka).
