 Accurate home measurements and floor plans: We generally do floor plans to ensure we have a complete understanding of the house and property. We don’t blaze through this process but take it seriously.

Excellent Photography: Photos are essential in marketing your home and we work hard to do the best possible job we can. Photos display to buyers the first impression and we use them to showcase your home in everything from flyers, print media and a variety of websites.

 

Special Features: We look carefully and ask questions so that we have a good understanding of your homes special qualities and share this information effectively.

Paper and Print Marketing:  We develop outstanding flyers that are placed in the flyer boxes at the home and utilize various local print publications.

Online Marketing: We create a quality listing description for our Multiple Listing Service. Once this digital listing arrives electronically in our local multiple listing service, the information and pictures are used by a number of websites including Zillow and Realtor.com. We also utilize online “mail chimp” newsletters to additionally notify our local realtor sales force of new listings and price changes.

 

Showings: Feedback from showings is necessary for the seller to know what buyers like or what might need attention. We communicate this feedback honestly with our sellers so together we can accomplish quicker home sales.

Record Keeping: We understand and utilize both high quality electronic software such as CTM contracts and also make and keep paper records. We understand the ins and outs of every aspect of these listing contracts and know what we’re doing.
